Welcome to Stephen Egan Furniture
Founded in 1992, Creative Director Stephen Egan has a well-earned reputation for producing quality bespoke furniture that will stand the test of time. A reputation that is built out of Stephen’s willingness to take ownership of any given project from the initial enquiry and quotation, through design, production, and installation.
We design and manufacture bespoke furniture from our workshop based in Co. Leitrim. Our specialism is producing high quality handcrafted furniture, whether it be fitted or freestanding, residential or commercial, traditional or contemporary – we are not restricted by style or function. Stephen’s team of highly skilled and experienced designers & makers will work with you to create and fit your tailor-made furniture, ensuring that the finished product is exactly to your specification.
Our Process
It all begins with a concept. We start with a comprehensive quotation/sketch plan and work with you through a collaborative design approach until you are happy to sign off on a detailed set of production-ready 3D design drawings. We coordinate with sub-contractors throughout and conduct regular site visits. Our close knit team consists of designers and makers with a wealth of construction and manufacturing knowledge which allows us at SEF to go that step further in not just visualising your space, but in bringing it to site as efficiently as possible.
